Irving J. Jacobs is licensed to practice law in Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, and Georgia. Mr. Jacobs was born and raised in Kansas City. He graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.A. in economics in 2011, and from Washburn University School of Law with a J.D. and trial advocacy certificate in 2014. During law school, Mr. Jacobs focused his education on trial work and gained invaluable experience and skills in the practice of law through working at the Wyandotte County District Attorney's Office. While at the District Attorney's Office, Mr. Jacobs vigorously fought for the rights of Kansans who had been injured or wronged by other people’s conduct and successfully prosecuted all the cases to which he was assigned. Additionally, Mr. Jacobs gained invaluable experience at the District Attorney’s Office in taking numerous cases to both jury trials and bench trials and securing convictions on each and every one.

After law school, Mr. Jacobs continued his fight for justice for people injured by the wrongful conduct and negligent actions of others when he accepted a position as the managing attorney of the Kansas City Office of Kirkendall Dwyer LLP. At Kirkendall Dwyer LLP, Mr. Jacobs represented clients who were injured or lost loved ones as a result of the negligence of others. Mr. Jacobs handled cases involving car wrecks, semi wrecks, product liability, and premises liability. However, at Kirkendall Dwyer LLP, Mr. Jacobs focused his practice primarily on motorcycle wrecks and gained invaluable knowledge and experience in handling these types of cases.

After his time at Kirkendall Dwyer LLP, Mr. Jacobs decided to continue his fight for justice for people injured through the negligent or wrongful conduct of others when he opened his own practice, The Jacobs Law Firm, LLC. Throughout his career, Mr. Jacobs has taken numerous cases to both jury trials and bench trials. Mr. Jacobs and his team have collectively obtained verdicts, settlements, judgments, and awards for their clients totaling over $50,000,000.00.

Through these experiences, Mr. Jacobs gained the insight and skills needed to fight to get his clients the compensation they truly deserve. In his spare time, Mr. Jacobs enjoys golfing, spending time with friends and family, playing with his dogs, and collecting sneakers. 

Peter was born in Baltimore, Maryland, and moved to the Kansas City area in 1997. Peter attended Rockhurst High School in Kansas City and went to college at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Upon graduation from the University of Missouri-Columbia, Peter began working on political campaigns in Missouri, including statewide races, legislative races, and municipal races in Kansas City, Missouri. After a brief stint in business-to-business sales, in September 2020, Peter started working in the personal injury legal realm with a law firm located in Overland Park, Kansas, that focuses on mass torts representing plaintiffs injured from defective drugs and medical devices. 

In September 2022, Peter then began working with Mr. Jacobs as a case manager and paralegal handling motorcycle wrecks, slip and falls, automobile collisions, product liability cases, and wrongful death cases. Peter has assisted Mr. Jacobs in securing millions of dollars in settlements for injured clients from the pre-litigation phase through litigation. In his free time, Peter enjoys visiting his family located in Southern California, spending time with friends, following local Kansas City sports teams, and reading political history.

Kendyll was born and raised in the Kansas City metropolitan area and is proud to serve the community she calls home. A graduate of Blue Valley High School in Overland Park, Kendyll started working for Mr. Jacobs as a legal assistant in 2020 at another law firm.

Through her dedication, attention to detail, and strong work ethic, Kendyll quickly distinguished herself and was promoted to paralegal/case manager in June 2021. Kendyll currently handles a wide range of personal injury matters, including motorcycle wrecks, automobile collisions, semi-truck crashes, product liability cases, premises liability cases, and wrongful death claims.

Throughout her legal career, Kendyll has played an integral role in hundreds of cases from the pre-litigation phase through jury trials and beyond, helping secure millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for injured clients. She is known for her compassionate client communication, meticulous case preparation, and unwavering commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for every individual she serves.

Outside of her work with the firm, Kendyll is a dedicated caregiver for mentally disabled adults in her community, reflecting her deep commitment to helping others both inside and outside the office. In her free time, Kendyll enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and being with her family.

Latrice was born and raised in Beloit, Wisconsin, and moved to the Kansas City area in 2009. She attended Blue Springs High School and the University of Central Missouri before beginning her career in the legal profession as a legal assistant in the Kansas City area.

Throughout her career, Latrice has gained experience working on a variety of tort matters, including class action lawsuits, medical malpractice cases, and other matters involving individuals seeking justice and compensation. Latrice also spent time working with an immigration team, where she broadened her legal experience and developed a strong understanding of the importance of providing compassionate assistance to clients from diverse backgrounds.

In 2026, Latrice joined The Jacobs Law Firm as a Paralegal and Case Manager, where she focuses on personal injury matters and works closely with clients throughout the legal process. Latrice has a genuine passion for helping people in need and takes pride in providing support to people during some of the most challenging times in their lives. She is committed to treating every client with compassion, respect, and understanding while helping ensure their needs are heard and addressed throughout their legal journey.



Outside of work, Latrice enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling abroad, exploring the Kansas City area, and making time for the people and activities that bring her joy.

As the Director of Marketing at The Jacobs Law Firm, Jenna drives strategic initiatives to enhance brand visibility, client engagement, and business growth. She is a highly motivated and experienced professional with over 10 years in the digital marketing industry. Jenna has a proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns, increasing brand awareness, and driving client engagement. 

Jenna was born and raised in the Kansas City area. When not crafting innovative marketing strategies, Jenna enjoys traveling to new places, reading, spending time with friends and family, cuddling with her dogs, trying new restaurants around Kansas City, and giving back to her community through The Jeff Flottman Foundation.
